These are genuine ammonite fossils. I have a metric ruler to show the size but I have tried to scan them in at actual size. These are sold by the pair (yes each one is one ammonite sawed in half.) Ladies these are very attractive and they are knick-knacks even your husbands will enjoy! I set some up on a plate stand in my library. I know of some who have drilled little holes and inserted pegged bails and used them as pendants. They're also great gifts for kids that are into dinosaurs and fossils and they are only $9.99 per pair while they last.
